Trading Buddy, its alerts, notifications, training materials, and the Trading Buddy App provide an informational service only and are not responsible for any investments made applying this information.

The results described are not typical and are not guarantees of future income. Any investment contains risk and is 100% the responsibility of the investor to assess the risks/rewards involved. It is possible to lose some or all of your investment. We assume no liability assumed or implied for your application of the information shared from the training programs or the Trading Buddy App.

Anything shared by Trading Buddy is NOT financial advice and is for Educational and Entertainment Purposes Only. You are 100% responsible for your own decisions with regards to any stocks, cryptocurrencies, or other assets you invest in.

Earnings and Income Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent these products and services and their potential for income. Earning and Income statements made by our company and its customers are estimates of what we think you can possibly earn. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual. As with any business, your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire.

Membership & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. By subscribing, you authorize Trading Buddy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Chargeback Policy: Any chargeback or reversal of a payment will result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service. You agree not to initiate any chargeback for services you have received. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Referral Program

Trading Buddy offers a referral program under the following terms:

• Each active member receives a unique referral code they may share with others.
• When a new subscriber signs up using a valid referral link, they receive 50% off their first month of service.
• The referring member earns a $5 monthly reward for each active referred subscriber. This reward may be received as a subscription credit (default) or as a cash payout to a connected bank account (opt-in).
• Subscription credits are applied to your Stripe billing balance and will reduce future subscription charges. Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and do not carry over if your account is canceled.
• Cash payouts require connecting a bank account through Stripe Connect. By opting in, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and authorize Trading Buddy to transfer funds to your connected account. Cash payouts are subject to a 14-day hold period from the date the referral payment is received, after which the funds are released to your bank account.
• Trading Buddy reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any pending cash payout if fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is suspected.
• Referral rewards (credits or cash) stop automatically if the referred member's subscription is no longer active.
• Referral rewards stop immediately if the referring member's subscription is canceled, including during any remaining grace period. Canceling your subscription permanently ends earnings from all existing referrals.
• If a referring member resubscribes after canceling, previously established referral relationships do not restart. Only new members who sign up using the referring member's link after the date of resubscription are eligible to generate rewards.
• If your referral cash earnings exceed $600 in a calendar year, you may receive a 1099-MISC tax form as required by US tax law. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on referral income.
• Referral discounts and rewards cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.
• Trading Buddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the referral program (e.g., self-referral, fraudulent accounts) will result in forfeiture of all rewards and may result in account termination.

Member Community Conduct

Trading Buddy operates a private members-only Discord server and may offer other community channels where members discuss trading strategies, market conditions, and personal trading activity. By participating in any Trading Buddy community channel, you agree to the following:

• No investment advice: Discussions in Trading Buddy community channels — including the Discord server — are for personal experience sharing only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. You may not represent yourself as a financial adviser, investment adviser, or trading expert to other members, and you may not direct others to buy or sell specific assets.
• Personal experience sharing: You may discuss your own trades, entry and exit prices, position sizes, and trading results as personal experience. This information must not be framed as a recommendation, signal, or directive for others to follow. Any trading decisions other members make based on community discussions are entirely their own responsibility.
• No coordinated trading: You are strictly prohibited from organizing, promoting, or participating in coordinated buying or selling of any asset for the purpose of artificially influencing its price — including "pump and dump" schemes, coordinated short-selling campaigns, or any other form of market manipulation. Such conduct may violate federal securities or commodities law (including SEC Rule 10b-5 and applicable CFTC regulations) and will result in immediate account termination.
• No pooled investment schemes: You may not organize, promote, or solicit group investment pools, joint trading funds, or any arrangement in which members collectively pool money to trade as a group. Operating an unregistered investment pool may violate federal law.
• No guarantees: You may not promise, guarantee, or imply specific returns, profits, or trading outcomes to other members in any format — verbally, in writing, or through screenshots.
• Trading Buddy's role: Trading Buddy does not monitor, endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any trading discussions, strategies, specific prices, position sizes, or advice shared by members in the Discord or any other community channel. All such content is created solely by individual members and does not represent the views or recommendations of Trading Buddy. You access and rely on any community content entirely at your own risk.

Social Media and Public Communications

When you discuss Trading Buddy, your trading activity, or results you attribute to using our platform on any public platform — including social media, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, or similar sites — you agree to the following:

• Disclose your membership: When sharing trading results you attribute to strategies or tools learned through Trading Buddy, you must make clear that you are a Trading Buddy member and that your results reflect your personal experience only.
• Disclose referral compensation: If you receive referral rewards (credits or cash) from Trading Buddy, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose this material connection whenever you promote Trading Buddy's products or services on any public platform, as required by the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). A simple statement such as "I receive referral compensation from Trading Buddy" is sufficient.
• Results are not typical: Your trading results — whether gains or losses — reflect your personal experience and may not represent the typical outcome for other members. You may not represent your results as typical, guaranteed, or expected for anyone who joins Trading Buddy. Screenshots of gains must not be shared in a way that implies others will achieve the same outcome.
• No promises of returns: You may not publicly guarantee, promise, or project specific trading returns or profits to any audience, regardless of your own personal results.
• No investment advice: Nothing you post publicly about trades, entry or exit prices, position sizes, or market conditions should be presented as financial advice or a recommendation for others to act on. You are not a registered investment adviser, and publicly directing others to buy or sell specific assets may expose you to personal legal liability.
• No unauthorized use of our brand: You may not use Trading Buddy's name, logo, or branding in a way that implies Trading Buddy endorses your trading advice, specific recommendations, or trading style.
• You are solely responsible: Trading Buddy is not responsible for any claims, statements, or representations you make in public forums, on social media, or on any other external platform. Any liability arising from your public communications is your own.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trading Buddy ("the Service") — including mycryptotradingbuddy.com, mystocktradingbuddy.com, and the Trading Buddy App — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of Service

Trading Buddy is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. The Service covers both cryptocurrency and stock market price alerts and tools, accessible through mycryptotradingbuddy.com and mystocktradingbuddy.com. The Trading Buddy App is a tool to help with calculations and organization of trades across both markets. Nothing provided by Trading Buddy — including alerts, training materials, community discussions, or any member-shared content — constitutes financial or investment advice.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trading Buddy or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from trading decisions made based on community discussions, member-shared strategies, entry or exit prices discussed by other members, or any content shared by members in the Discord or any other platform.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes (such as new features, pricing changes, or changes to your rights) may be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
